Crispy protein crackers from just three ingredients, baked in a toaster in minutes. The perfect swap for boring protein yogurt.

Ingredients
- 1 protein yogurt (I used a vegan protein yogurt)
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup chickpea flour
Instructions
- 1Mix all three ingredients together in a bowl until you get a slightly sticky dough.
- 2Heat your toaster and line it with baking paper.
- 3Place the batter on the baking paper and flatten it into a thin layer.
- 4Close the toaster and wait a few minutes until the crackers firm up.
