Chia and Flax Seed Crackers in the Toaster
Crispy crackers made from chia and flax seeds, baked in a toaster in just a few minutes. Gluten-free, rich in fiber and omega-3, and perfect for a healthy snack.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons flax seeds
- Water (enough to cover the powder)
- Spices to taste
Instructions
- 1Preheat a toaster (the kind for toast).
- 2Grind the chia and flax seeds in a spice grinder or strong blender until you get a powder.
- 3Add water until it covers the powder you created.
- 4Add spices to taste and mix.
- 5Place a sheet of baking paper in the toaster and pour the mixture onto it.
- 6Bake for a few minutes depending on the strength of your toaster, until the crackers are crispy.
