Vegan Protein Chocolate Salami
A no-bake chocolate salami, high in protein and low in carbs, built on oats and almond flour and rolled in coconut. A comforting, easy treat.

Ingredients
- 5 tbsp cocoa
- 5 tbsp organic date sugar
- 10 tbsp gluten-free oats
- 5 tbsp almond flour
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- Shredded coconut for coating (or another coating you like)
Instructions
- 1Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until you get a smooth, unified dough.
- 2Shape the dough into a salami log or chocolate balls.
- 3Roll in shredded coconut or another indulgent coating you love.
- 4Chill in the fridge until firm before serving.
