Vegan Protein Chocolate Salami

A no-bake chocolate salami, high in protein and low in carbs, built on oats and almond flour and rolled in coconut. A comforting, easy treat.

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp cocoa
  • 5 tbsp organic date sugar
  • 10 tbsp gluten-free oats
  • 5 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • Shredded coconut for coating (or another coating you like)

Instructions

  1. 1Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until you get a smooth, unified dough.
  2. 2Shape the dough into a salami log or chocolate balls.
  3. 3Roll in shredded coconut or another indulgent coating you love.
  4. 4Chill in the fridge until firm before serving.
