Banana Almond Flour Protein Muffins
Healthy muffins built on almond flour, oats, and banana, rich in protein, fiber, calcium, and iron. No white sugar, gently sweetened with date syrup and ripe banana.

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup fine oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 soft bananas
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp date syrup (silan)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- 2In a bowl, mash the bananas into a puree.
- 3Add all the remaining ingredients and mix into a smooth batter. It takes a while for the batter to come together, so don't give up.
- 4Grease the muffin tin with whole tahini and pour the batter into the cavities.
- 5Bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F) until the muffins are golden and set.
