Chickpea Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies
Healthy chocolate chip cookies made from chickpea flour, gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free and free of processed sugar, with plenty of protein.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chickpea flour
- 1/4 cup 100% natural maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon aluminum-free baking powder
- 1/3 cup applesauce
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
- 1 cup good-quality chocolate chips, at least 60%-70% dark chocolate
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- 2Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until you get a slightly sticky dough.
- 3Using two wet spoons, place the cookies on a baking tray and flatten them.
- 4Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
- 5Once the cookies are ready, let them cool until they firm up.
