Melt-in-your-mouth, protein-rich tahini cookies - egg-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup tahini (e.g. whole Ethiopian tahini)
- ¼ cup maple syrup or date syrup
- 1 cup almond flour
- ¼ cup protein powder
- 1 tsp aluminum-free baking powder
- 1/3 cup milk (e.g. soy milk)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- 2Mix all the ingredients until you get a slightly sandy dough.
- 3Form small balls and flatten them on a baking tray.
- 4Bake for about 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
