Tahini Cookies

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup tahini (e.g. whole Ethiopian tahini)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or date syrup
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup protein powder
  • 1 tsp aluminum-free baking powder
  • 1/3 cup milk (e.g. soy milk)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. 2Mix all the ingredients until you get a slightly sandy dough.
  3. 3Form small balls and flatten them on a baking tray.
  4. 4Bake for about 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
