Green Buckwheat Protein Pancakes
Indulgent protein pancakes built on green buckwheat flour, silken tofu and protein yogurt, perfect for a post strength workout meal.

Ingredients
- 1 cup green buckwheat flour
- Silken tofu
- Protein yogurt (vegan yogurt works too)
- 3 heaping tablespoons applesauce
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon aluminum-free baking powder
- 1 cup milk (soy milk works too)
- A little coconut oil for frying
Instructions
- 1Place all the ingredients in a bowl.
- 2Blend with an immersion blender into a smooth batter.
- 3Heat a pan with a little coconut oil.
- 4Pour in the batter and fry the pancake until golden on both sides.
