Vegan Protein Orange Lentil Waffle
An indulgent, tasty waffle made from orange lentil flour: gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free, high in protein and kosher for Passover.

Ingredients
- 1 cup orange lentil flour
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 teaspoon 100% natural date syrup (silan)
Instructions
- 1Heat a toaster or a waffle maker.
- 2Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a smooth, runny batter.
- 3Grease the waffle maker with coconut oil.
- 4Pour the batter into the waffle maker.
- 5Wait a few minutes until the waffle is ready and golden.
