Homemade Cornflakes

Healthy homemade cornflakes that are tasty, high in protein and low in carbs, made from just four ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 2 tablespoons 100% natural maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. 2Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until a sticky dough forms.
  3. 3Spread the dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. 4Using a knife, cut lengthwise and crosswise into strips the size you want your cornflakes to be.
  5. 5Bake for about 15 minutes.
  6. 6When ready, crumble into a bowl, add milk, and enjoy.
