Green Buckwheat and Almond Flour Rolls
Protein-rich rolls made with green buckwheat flour and almond flour, gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free and fully vegan.

Ingredients
- 3 cups green buckwheat flour
- ½ cup almond flour
- 3 tablespoons psyllium
- 2 tablespoons organic apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon aluminum-free baking powder
- 1 teaspoon silan (date syrup)
- 2 cups water
- Sesame seeds for sprinkling
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- 2In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until you get a slightly sticky dough.
- 3With wet hands, shape the dough into rolls as you like and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- 4Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
