Green Buckwheat and Almond Flour Rolls

Protein-rich rolls made with green buckwheat flour and almond flour, gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free and fully vegan.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups green buckwheat flour
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 3 tablespoons psyllium
  • 2 tablespoons organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon aluminum-free baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon silan (date syrup)
  • 2 cups water
  • Sesame seeds for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. 2In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until you get a slightly sticky dough.
  3. 3With wet hands, shape the dough into rolls as you like and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  4. 4Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
