Toaster Flatbread
A high-protein, gluten-free flatbread you just mix and pop in the toaster. Ready in a few minutes when you're hungry and out of energy.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons red lentil flour or pea flour
- 1 tablespoon chickpea flour
- 1 heaping tablespoon tahini (I use full Ethiopian tahini)
- About 1/3 cup water
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- 1In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients until you get a texture like tahini.
- 2Line the toaster oven with parchment paper.
- 3Pour the batter onto the parchment and bake in the toaster oven for about 10 minutes (depending on your toaster's strength).
- 4Spread whatever you like on the bread and serve.
