Garlic Bread
A vegan, protein-rich garlic bread - gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free.

Ingredients
For the dough
- 1 cup green buckwheat flour
- 1 cup teff flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp psyllium (essential, no substitute)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 1 tbsp aluminum-free baking powder
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 2 cups water
For the garlic
- crushed garlic (to taste)
- salt
- olive oil
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- 2Mix all the dough ingredients into a slightly sticky dough.
- 3Cover the bowl and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
- 4Place the dough in a pan and shape it into a loaf or rolls.
- 5Mix the crushed garlic with salt and olive oil and spread it over the bread.
- 6Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20-25 minutes.
