Millet and Green Buckwheat Rolls
Baked rolls made with millet flour and green buckwheat flour. Gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, high in protein and vegan.

Ingredients
- 1 cup millet flour
- 1 cup green buckwheat flour
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 heaping tablespoon za'atar
- 1 heaping tablespoon aluminum-free baking powder
- 7 tablespoons psyllium (essential, no substitute)
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- 2In a bowl, mix the millet flour, green buckwheat flour, water, za'atar, baking powder, psyllium and olive oil until you get a uniform dough.
- 3Shape into whatever roll shape you like.
- 4Lower the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 20-25 minutes.
