An easy post-workout strawberry cake, protein-rich, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free.

Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free oat flour
- 1 cup green buckwheat flour
- ¾ cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup 100% natural maple syrup
- 1 tsp aluminum-free baking powder
- 1.5 cups soy milk (or any other milk)
- 1 cup chopped strawberries (or any other fruit)
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp natural vanilla extract
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 2Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- 3Transfer to a pan and bake for about 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
