ServingsAbout 8 rolls
Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free oat flour (I ground gluten-free oats into flour)
- 1 cup quinoa, soaked for at least 2 hours (I used triple quinoa and sprouted it for two days in the fridge)
- 3 tablespoons gluten-free psyllium
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon aluminum-free baking powder
- 1½ cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- Sesame seeds and coarse pink Himalayan salt for topping
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- 2Mix all the ingredients until you get a sticky dough, then let it rest for 10 minutes.
- 3After 10 minutes, knead until the dough is uniform (it stays a little sticky, don't worry!).
- 4Shape into rolls in whatever form you like, mine came out as bite-sized rolls.
- 5Sprinkle sesame seeds and coarse pink Himalayan salt on top.
- 6Bake for 20-25 minutes until the rolls are golden.
