Red Bean Bread
Red bean bread in two seconds of work, high in protein, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free and vegan.

Servings1 loaf (about 8 slices)
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked red beans, soaked for at least 2 hours beforehand
- 6 tablespoons psyllium (cannot be made without psyllium)
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed (grind the flaxseed yourself right before making the bread, don't buy it pre-ground)
- 1/4 cup water (add gradually until you get a uniform dough)
- Spices to taste
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- 2In a bowl, blend all the ingredients with an immersion blender until you get a uniform, cohesive dough.
- 3Shape into a loaf or rolls, as you prefer.
- 4Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes.
