Red Lentil and Green Buckwheat Flour Bread

A homemade bread made from red lentil flour and green buckwheat flour, high in protein and gluten-free. Baked in a loaf pan, it comes out soft and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup red lentil flour
  • 1 cup green buckwheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs or half a package of silken tofu
  • 1 cup milk / water
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon whole tahini

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. 2Add all the wet ingredients to a bowl.
  3. 3Add the dry ingredients.
  4. 4Mix, transfer to a loaf pan, and bake for about half an hour.
