Teff and Green Buckwheat Bread
A wholesome bread made from teff flour and green buckwheat flour. High in protein, iron, calcium and fiber, low in carbs, gluten-free and vegan.

Ingredients
- 2 cups teff flour
- 2 cups green buckwheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 1/4 cups water
- 1/3 cup psyllium
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 2In a bowl, mix the water with the psyllium and set aside to thicken.
- 3In a separate bowl, combine the teff flour, green buckwheat flour, salt, baking soda and olive oil, and mix everything together.
- 4Add the psyllium mixture and knead everything together until you get a smooth, pleasant dough.
- 5Transfer to a baking pan and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes.
