Vegan Protein Cheesecake (Post-Workout)
A baked "cheesecake" made from just three ingredients, gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free, and packed with protein. Perfect for treating yourself after a good strength workout.

Ingredients
- 3 tubs white cheese (I used a soy-based cheese)
- 3 scoops vanilla protein powder (I used a soy-based vanilla one)
- 3 tablespoons 100% natural maple syrup
- Zest of one whole lemon
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- 2Fill an oven tray with water and let the water and oven heat up together.
- 3In a bowl, mix all the ingredients into a smooth batter and transfer to a greased baking dish (I used individual molds).
- 4Lower the heat to 180°C (350°F) and bake the cake for 20-25 minutes.
- 5Important: do not open the oven during baking.
