Vegan Protein Pocket Pita

A soft pita with a real pocket, gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free, very high in protein and ready in a pan in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange lentil flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp aluminum-free baking powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 cup water
  • A little olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. 1Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a smooth batter.
  2. 2Heat a little olive oil in a pan.
  3. 3Pour a soup ladle of batter into the pan over low heat, that is the ideal size for a pita.
  4. 4Cook for 2 minutes on each side and you have a wonderful pita.
  5. 5Fill the pita with whatever you feel like.
