Vegan Protein Pocket Pita
A soft pita with a real pocket, gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free, very high in protein and ready in a pan in minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 cup orange lentil flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp aluminum-free baking powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 cup water
- A little olive oil for frying
Instructions
- 1Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a smooth batter.
- 2Heat a little olive oil in a pan.
- 3Pour a soup ladle of batter into the pan over low heat, that is the ideal size for a pita.
- 4Cook for 2 minutes on each side and you have a wonderful pita.
- 5Fill the pita with whatever you feel like.
