Vegan Red Lentil Flour Rolls
Protein-packed rolls made from red lentil flour, gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free. Soft inside and topped with za'atar and sesame.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups red lentil flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon aluminum-free baking powder
- 3 tablespoons yogurt (I used vegan yogurt)
- 2 tablespoons psyllium
- 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- Za'atar and sesame for topping
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- 2In a bowl, mix all the ingredients into a smooth batter. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes on the side to firm up.
- 3Shape the batter into rolls in whatever form you like.
- 4Sprinkle whatever you fancy over the rolls. I used za'atar and sesame.
- 5Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C (350°F) until the rolls turn golden.
