Servings1 flatbread (1 serving)
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons orange lentil flour
- 1 heaping tablespoon whole tahini (I use whole Ethiopian tahini)
- 2-3 tablespoons brewer's yeast (optional, but adds a lot)
- Salt to taste
- Water
Instructions
- 1Turn on the toaster.
- 2Place all the ingredients in a bowl.
- 3Add water while whisking by hand. The batter should reach a slightly thin pancake consistency.
- 4Lay a sheet of baking paper in the toaster and pour the batter on top. I like to flatten it into a rectangle shape.
- 5Bake for 2-3 minutes until you get a great flatbread.
- 6Spread on whatever you like and enjoy.
