Vegan Millet Flour Rolls
Millet flour rolls that are high in protein, gluten-free, low in carbs, and vegan.

Ingredients
- 2.5 cups millet flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup psyllium husk
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp natural maple syrup
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2.5 cups water
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- 2Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- 3Add the wet ingredients.
- 4Stir until you get a smooth, slightly runny batter.
- 5Cover with a towel and let the batter rest for about 10 minutes.
- 6Shape into rolls (wetting your hands helps) in any shape you like.
- 7Bake for about half an hour at 180°C (350°F).
